This is the sixth to last E-Type to leave the factory and rolled off the line on the very last day of production.
Aside from the rarity, this example is further enhanced by the fact that it has had just one owner from new until 1996 – and had covered only 45,000 miles up to that point. The next owner drove it sparingly but regularly, leading to the current mileage of only 57,724.
The history file is as complete and extensive as we have ever witnessed, and includes all the original booklets, service receipts and documentation including the fully stamped service booklet.
The condition is truly first class and we chose to take this E-Type to the prestigious Salon Privé Concours d’Elégance at the Hurlingham Club, having been asked to enter a car into the ‘1970’s Supercar’ category.
As well as being a beautiful and collectable Jaguar E-Type, it is a practical car to use and an absolute joy to drive. We conducted a number of sympathetic upgrades to improve reliability - but they are all reversible if preferred.
An opportunity for collectors, investment or just for the joy of driving a motoring icon.
Every E-Type we sell can be converted to left or right hand drive, and can also benefit from our world-renowned Eagle upgrades. Learn about the Eagle Difference here.
