    Since the completion of Speedster No.1 in 2009 and the intense media interest around Speedster No.2 in 2011, celebrating the E-Type’s 50th Anniversary, the Eagle Speedster has become a bona fide icon with a waiting list for a bespoke commission never dropping below two years.

    But now there is a chance to avoid the waiting list entirely and secure one of the world’s most exclusive and sought after cars immediately.

    Based upon an original 1967 Series One Jaguar E-Type, Eagle Speedster No.4 was completed in late 2014 having been the recipient of 8,000-hours of Eagle craftsmanship. Finished in a unique shade of metallic blue, christened Miami Blue in honour of where this car was destined to be delivered, the interior beautifully contrasted in sumptuous tan leather.

    Under the skin, the mechanical specification was given the full Eagle SuperSport treatment too. In addition to the extensive reliability and usability enhancements that Eagle is known for, Speedster No.4 boasts our aluminium 4.7-litre engine, 5-speed gearbox and fine-tuned suspension geometry.

    Upon delivery Speedster No.4 was selected for a feature in Top Gear Magazine’s Best of British issue and world-renowned photographer James Lipman was on hand to capture an evocative set of images of the car prowling the distinctive roads of Miami Beach. In 2018 Speedster No. 4 was shown at the Amelia Island concours, where it chosen to be displayed prominently inside the entrance as the first car seen by all visiting the world-famous event.

    Now back at Eagle and available immediately, Speedster No.4 is presented in effectively ‘as delivered’ condition with just 1,529 miles covered since completion. Regardless, our full sales preparations will be included within the sale to ensure that Speedster No.4 is inspected, serviced and detailed for a new owner to enjoy.
